The Mexican-American star was flying on a private plane out of Monterrey on Sunday when the Learjet 25 went missing. Authorities have confirmed there was no evidence of survivors in wreckage found in Nuevo Leon state.
"We are feeling devastated. It's a devastation to the family," Rivera's brother, Pedro Rivera Jr. tells E! News.
Jenni, known affectionately as the Diva of Banda, sold over 20 million albums throughout her career. She was recently named one of People En Español's most powerful women.
