Beyonce is admitting that even she has to work at keeping herself in shape.  Covering the April issue of "Shape" magazine, the star reveals how she's managed to keep off the almost 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy. 

In a behind-the-scenes video of the cover shoot, Beyonce tells "The Insider" that she's "not a person that is naturally very thin" and that she's had to work at maintaining her body after dropping most of the baby weight within months. 

She adds that while scheduling a concert within three months of giving birth is something she would never do again, dancing has helped to keep her active.  But Bey says that her diet and exercise routine isn't necessarily for everyone and that women should just "be healthy" and "be happy with the beautiful things" that make them unique.
