Blondie front-woman Debbie Harry tells NME that she is open to the idea of film based on the band's career.

Harry says, "It's difficult.  You can only really skim the surface.  If it's good entertainment, honest, well-acted and directed?  Maybe...I think many people could be informed and have a finer appreciation of the person or era."

Blondie had a string of new wave hits in the late 1970s and early 1980s.  They broke up in 1982, but reunited in 1997.
