Kings of Leon has cancelled nine scheduled concerts over the next two weeks due to injuries sustained by the band's drummer, Nathan Followill.

Among those cancelled dates is the band's show at Jiffy Lube Live on August 15.  Kings of Leon was scheduled to perform with Young the Giant and KONGOS.

Refunds for ticket holders will be available at point of purchase.  For up-to-date information please visit www.kingsofleon.com.

Nathan Followill is being treated for broken ribs, but is doing well.  Kings of Leon were involved in a tour bus accident en route to their hotel in Boston when a pedestrian jumped in front of their tour bus, causing the bus to stop short.

The band will perform their new single, Family Tree, on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday (August 12).  Tonight Show band leader and friend of Kings of Leon, Questlove, will fill in for Nathan.
