(NEWSER) – A bill limiting ammunition magazines to 15 rounds has cleared Colorado's legislature, meaning all it needs to become law is Gov. John Hickenlooper's signature—which he has said he'll provide. The bill passed the state Senate on Monday and state House yesterday, 34-30; three Democrats joined the state's Republicans in voting against it. "I'm just numb at this moment, to see a bill I've worked hard to pass now enter its final stage on the way to becoming law," says its sponsor, adding, "These magazines should be used in our theaters of war, not our movie theaters."
