(Brockton, MA) -- Brockton police have filed a non-criminal complaint with the state Department of Children and Family Services against the father of a nine-year-old rap singer who has reportedly become a sensation.
But not everyone is a fan of the sexually explicit videos from the singer known as "Lil Poopy."
Fans of the child rap singer argue that he's just acting in the videos and that it's part of the music business.
The police complaint cites possible neglect and abuse.
