Senator Rand Paul is softening his stand on immigration reform.  In a speech to the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Republican embraced a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants.  Paul said, quote, "If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you."  Paul once proposed construction of an underground electric fence across the entire U.S.-Mexican border.  As a possible White House contender in 2016, Paul said he wants to be "part of the solution" on immigration reform.
