Another executive on the ill-fated Gregg Allman biopic is pleading not guilty to criminal charges.

The Los Angeles Times says Midnight Rider executive producer Jay Sedrish submitted a written statement with his plea to a Georgia court on Monday.  He's been charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass in connection with the death of camera operator Sarah Jones, who was struck and killed by a train while trying to set up a scene on a train trestle in Georgia.

Filmmakers Randall Miller and Jody Savin are also facing involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass in connection with the incident.  They have also pled not guilty.
