With :44 seconds left, the Baltimore Ravens were down by seven points.  It was third and three and they were on their own 30-yard-line.

Seventy yards to go.

Joe Flacco took a shotgun snap, eluded the rush, and stepped up in the pocket.  Then, he unloaded a bomb towards a streaking Jacoby Jones.  Jones already burned one Denver Bronco defensive back and another defender did nothing to help the Broncos' cause.  Flacco's pass landed in Jones' hands and the receiver cruised to the endzone.  Baltimore went on to win in overtime.

That play did not win the Super Bowl, but it was huge in helping the Ravens get there.

Now, the Baltimore Ravens will return to the same stadium where Jacoby Jones torched the Denver secondary and where the Ravens broke Peyton Manning's heart.

In the first game of the 2013 NFL season, the defending champions will take on the Denver Broncos.

The game will air Thursday on NBC at 8:30.  Prior to the game, Keith Urban will perform in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
