Baltimore County Substitute Teacher Accused of Giving Kids "Lap Dances"

A substitute teacher at Halethorpe Elementary School in Baltimore County has been removed after she allegedly displayed multiple acts of "inappropriate behavior" in front of a fourth-grade class.

The teacher is accused of giving kids "lap dances" and kissing students on the face. One mother of a student who was in the class says her 10-year-old daughter told her that the teacher grabbed her daughter "under her armpits, lined up other kids, told them to point to their breasts."

A person from the Baltimore County Police Department says "a parent did file a police report alleging child abuse. But so far, no criminal charges have been filed."

At this time, the teacher has not been identified.
