Mr. Bjonerud has broad experience across corporate finance especially debt and equity capital markets. Currently he is the CEO and Founder of Cerebro Capital, an online marketplace designed to privately match and close corporate loans, up to $100 million, from hundreds of bank and non-bank lenders. Prior to Cerebro, Mr. Bjonerud worked for Laureate, a multi-billion dollar corporation, where he worked as part of the corporate finance team that ushered the company through $3.5 billion of debt and equity transactions including an IPO. Prior to Laureate, Mr. Bjonerud was a Vice President within the PNC Corporate Banking Group where he was responsible for growth and management of large-scale corporate and public finance portfolios. Mr. Bjonerud also serves on the board of At Jacobs Well (AJW), a nonprofit that is the only exclusive provider of housing to the mentally ill homeless in Baltimore City. He is a graduate of Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
