A Massachusetts man was arrested and charged after he allegedly stripped nude at the front desk of a Planet Fitness gym and exercised naked. He also reportedly told police he thought the gym was a "judgement-free zone."
Plaistow police say 34-year-old Eric Stagno paced around the Planet Fitness naked before settling down on a yoga mat. Officers arrived to the gym and found him completely naked on his knees in a "yoga-type position."
Stagno was placed into custody without incident and was charged with indecent exposure/lewdness and disorderly conduct.
Police Captain Brett Morgan told WBZ-TV, "The only statement that he made was that he thought it was a 'judgement-free zone' - apparently referencing the chain's slogan."
Witnesses say they felt "disgusted," "sick" and "unsafe" upon seeing Stagno working out naked.
