Sam Frank, Owner of Four Twelve Roofing

Sam Frank is one of the Co-Founders and Partners at Four Twelve Roofing, which is quickly becoming the darling child of the roofing industry right here in Baltimore City. Since founding the company in 2013, Sam, alongside his business partner Shea, has grown Four Twelve’s construction company, to a team of over 70 employees that delivered 1,500+ roofing projects in 2020. Four Twelve has been featured on the Inc. 5000 List (2020), as well as the BBJ’s Fast 50 List (2020, 2021). Most notably of Four Twelve’s accomplishments, has been its program developed in 2019, called The Baltimore Roof Trust, where Four Twelve donates a portion of its annual proceeds to provide free roofs for low income families in Baltimore City. Last year, Four Twelve donated 3 roofs to families across Baltimore City. Sam lives in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore City with his lovely fiancee, Grace, and their pitbull, Blossom.
