Kirby Schulz is the Hospitality Coordinator for Fisherman's Village, where he helps create memorable waterfront experiences for visitors, guests, and local businesses throughout the Kent Narrows community. As part of a family legacy business that has served Maryland’s Eastern Shore for generations, Kirby is proud to help carry on the tradition of hospitality and community that has defined Fisherman’s Village for nearly a century. In 2030, the business will celebrate its 100-year anniversary — a milestone that reflects the family’s longstanding commitment to Kent Narrows and its visitors.
With a strong focus on customer service, tourism, and community engagement, Kirby plays a key role in promoting the charm and hospitality that make Fisherman’s Village a unique destination on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
In addition to his work in hospitality, Kirby proudly serves as a career firefighter with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. His dedication to public service, leadership, and helping others extends both on and off duty, reflecting a lifelong commitment to his community.
