As Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Alliance Material Handling, Tom Albero is responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, operations, and growth across its material handling and warehouse solutions business. Tom oversees organizational performance, supports business development initiatives, and works closely with leadership to support long-term company goals.
Tom began his career as a staff accountant and has since held a variety of leadership roles across finance, operations, and executive management. Prior to joining Alliance Material Handling, he held positions with organizations including Enterprise Fleet Management and Intervise Consultants. Through these roles, he developed expertise in financial management, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Tom is actively involved in industry and community organizations and has supported initiatives related to workforce development and employee ownership. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing hockey.
