Florida Man Pulls Pants Down, Does "Strange Dance" in a McDonald's: Police

A Florida man was arrested after he pulled his shorts down in a McDonald's in Naples, performed a "strange dance" and tried "to have relations with a railing," according to police.

62-year-old John Francis Morgan apparently told a deputy of Collier County Sheriff's Office that he intended to go to the McDonald's a day before the incident occurred. The deputy warned Morgan not to go there and Morgan claimed he would not but obviously failed to keep his word. The article says that Mr. Morgan was banned from that same McDonald's "over a similar previous outburst."

The arresting officer involved in the incident wrote,

The caller stated that they believed the male to be possibly on drugs. The male was doing this near the front door of the McDonald's. While I was on my way to McDonald's it [was] also stated that the male pulled his pants down, but put them back on. Lastly, the caller stated that it looked as though the male was trying to have relations with a railing.

Morgan has a previous arrest record including battery charges, breach of peace, trespassing, drinking in public and disorderly intoxication.
