This has to be the dumbest thing a news reporter has ever said.

In a live news report involving what appears to be a deadly car chase, the reporter claims, "We tried to reach out to the man who died in this pursuit, uh, they were unavailable for comment."

Shocking. Someone dead was unable to speak on their own behalf.
