When some dudes get really drunk they can't help but get themselves into trouble. This dude appears to be in the midst of some sort of festival when he starts antagonizing a couple of other dudes for no apparent reason. It seems obvious these dudes don't want to fight this drunk guy but he seems like he wants to fight somebody no matter what.
Little does drunk dude know but there are about 8 cops in the immediate vicinity ready to pounce. Little does he know the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are also in attendance and are willing to step in with their nunchucks and bo staff. As soon as the fights takes off, dude gets tased to the ground and handcuffed. What a dumbass.
