"I'm in the Eyeball of the Hurricane and I'm Fishin'"

One man isn't afraid of no hurricane. He finds himself in the "eyeball" of Harvey where there is no wind or rain, so decides he's going to keep on keepin' on and fish for a while before the tornadoes come.
