Not sure what the full situation of this video is, but an older woman is filmed riding a mobility scooter on public roads and fails to stop when people are trying to look out for her safety. She eventually rides onto an interstate highway which seems incredibly dangerous, and luckily by that time a police officer is able to stop her finally. Hope she gets the help she needs.
