Clay County Sherrif's Officers lost sight of a suspect while chasing him for possession of a controlled substance, but he was sniffed out for a curious reason.
Police say they were looking for a suspect who had a felony warrant in regards to the controlled substance over the weekend. The suspect evaded the officers who were looking for them, but the suspect farted so loudly it revealed their location to police.
In a post to Facebook, the department posted, "If you've got a felony warrant for your arrest, the cops are looking for you and you pass gas so loudly it gives up your hiding spot, you're definitely having a 💩 day."
We're guessing the K-9 unit the Sheriff's Office posted in the photo with the caption was not needed to sniff out the suspect.
