If you're a Redskins fan, nothing exciting happened last night in their 31-15 loss to the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football last night. Nothing really that exciting has happened this year for that matter as the team now sits at 0-3 and at the bottom of the NFC East.
Instead, the best thing the Skins have going for them happened off the field last night. At the start of the 3rd quarter, the ESPN cameras cut to a shot of the sideline and head coach Jay Gruden. But if you look closely, an old dude who's an assistant is stirring a cooler of Gatorade. Stirring it with a sealed stack of cups.
I feel like the team could have been at least prepared enough to provide the old man version of Bobby Boucher with a wooden spoon or something but at the same time I'm not surprised at all. Now I just feel bad for whoever drinks that Gatorade after it became infused with dust from a warehouse in China.
