Baltimore's Newest Trash Wheel Needs a Name and You Can Help

Mr. Trash Wheel came on the scene in Baltimore officially in 2014, and since then has spawned two other friends, Professor Trash Wheel and Captain Trash Wheel to combine to remove over 1,300 tons of trash and debris from the Inner Harbor.

A fourth Trash Wheel is in the process of being built and deployed but is currently unnamed. It will be picking up trash at the end of the Gywnn Falls Stream over in the Middle Branch, according to Adam Lindquist who is the Director of the Healthy Harbor Initiative at Waterfront Partnership.

The Waterfront Partnership doesn't have a name for the fourth Trash Wheel, so they are asking the public for help. Trashy McTrash Wheel, Sebastian Trash Wheel, Grandmaster Trash and Gwenda the Good Wheel of the West so far are some names that are under consideration.

Head over to MrTrashWheel.com to submit your name.
