The Gordon Biersch restaurant in Baltimore's Harbor East has closed permanently. Diners who were fans of the location will have to look elsewhere for brewpubs.
According to one report, the brewery restaurant closed its doors for good on Sunday night, making it one of three recent closures in the area. The locations in Rockville and Navy Yard of Washington, DC also recently closed for good.
The recent closures are part of a "larger corporate restructuring" and the only remaining location open in the area is located in Annapolis.
The Harbor East location opened in 2012. The Gordon Biersch website lists 10 locations, down from 20 around in 2019.
