A Canadian lawmaker got himself into a bit of a pickle after he was reportedly caught completely naked during a virtual legislative meeting.
During a House of Commons conference, William Amos, a Liberal MP, was caught in a screenshot completely devoid of any clothing while flanked by the flags of Canada and Quebec.
The 46-year-old later apologized and offered an explanation after the story spread through the media.
"This was an unfortunate error. My video was accidentally turned on as I was changing into my work clothes after going for a jog. I sincerely apologize to my colleagues in the House of Commons for this unintentional distraction,” he said.
It's unclear at the time of this writing if Amos will face any disciplinary action.
