Someone made a "judgemental map" of Baltimore City. It's basically a map of the city with stereotypes of the neighborhoods. There are a lot of areas considered to be "The Wire" which we're assuming means where a lot of crime goes down.

And the JACK-FM studio is right under "Spinsters and Grad Students." I guess we are spinsters if you take that as meaning we spin records on the radio? Cuz we're definitely not grad students...
